NOTICE OF VACANCY

Jackson Valley Irrigation District – Board of Directors

Pursuant to Government Code Section 1780, notice is hereby given that a vacancy exists on the Board of Directors of the Jackson Valley Irrigation District.

The Board of Directors is inviting letters of interest from qualified members of the District. To be eligible, applicants must be a voter, landowner, and resident within the District.

Letters of interest must be received no later than January 5, 2026. Submissions may be delivered by email to office@jvid.org , mail or hand-delivered to:

The appointed Director will serve until the District’s next election in 2029. The remaining four Directors intend to interview qualified candidates and select a replacement at the next regular Board Meeting scheduled for January 14, 2026.
